Support, help and information over the telephone, wherever the caller might be in the country. The Helpline is staffed 24 hours a day by fully trained female helpline support workers and volunteers. All calls are completely confidential. Translation facilities for callers whose first language is not English, and a service for callers who are deaf or hard of hearing are available. Run in partnership with Women's Aid and Refuge.

Family Lives (formerly Parentline)

Family Lives offers a confidential helpline service which is free from mobiles and most landlines. Call for information, guidance and support on any aspect of parenting and family life, including bullying. Family Lives support staff take calls from 7am-midnight and any calls during the night are answered by Samaritans who are available to provide emotional support. Also provides online advice and secure e-mail help via the website.

POLICE (non-emergency)

101 is the new telephone number that can be used to ring the Police to report incidents that are not emergencies such as a stolen car or vandalism.  It can also be used to contact a local police team.  When you call 101 , the system  will determine your location and connect you to the police force covering that area.  You will hear a recorded message announcing the police force you are being connected to.  If you are on a boundary between two or more forces, the recorded message will give you a choice of which force to be connected to.

Warwickshire Young Carers' Project

As a school, we are working with The Warwickshire Young Carers' Project to raise awareness and make sure there is support in place for Young Carers. Young Carers help to look after a sibling, parent or relative with a disability, long term physical or mental illness or someone who misuses substances. The Warwickshire Young Carers' Project provides support for 8-18 year olds in a number of different ways including regular groups, workshops, homework clubs, activities, residential trips and one to one support.
